At the doctor
Good health is better than the best medicine. If your health is good, you are always in a good mood. You have a sound mind in a solid body, as an Old Latin saying goes. The English proverb "Sickness in the body brings sickness to the mind, expresses the similar idea, but from the different point of view. The profession of a doctor is one of the most noble, respected and needed in the worlds, as we turn to a doctor for advise at the hardest moments of our life, when we fall ill or suffer from pain or some disorder in our body and soul. We complain of low medical treatment, poor equipment of hospitals, difficulties in getting this or that medicine and so on. What a pity we start to value our health only when it is necessary to take medicine. Taking medicine is an unpleasant thing of course, and if we want to avoid it, we should go in for sport and keeps ourselves fit. Physical exercises to my mind are necessary. Physically inactive people catch cold more often than those who do plenty of exercises.

I would like to dedicate this essay to my family. I knew my bloodline pretty badly, so my goal was to learn it better. In wartime, there was little food at home, and my grandfather was a skinny teenager at the time. Grandpa told me that mommy went to the plant, which manufactured ammunition for the military. After that, he started walking with her. It was very difficult and hard work. He still lacked food, and he stopped growing altogether. This went on for several years. But, the war ended and the situation in the family began to improve, the head of the family returned home. Grandpa was very happy about it. Then my grandfather told me about the most beautiful time in his life, which he said is still going on. He told me about the meeting with his wife, my grandmother. Grandpa said she was as beautiful as she is now. He loves her. I want to tell a little about my beloved grandmother Lyudmila Dmitrievna. She was born in a large family, and was the oldest. All of her family at that time lived in the village. My grandmother had two sisters and a little brother. As my grandmother said, her mother and father worked all day. My mother worked in a shop and harvested, and my father on a tractor in the field. Since the grandmother was the most adult, she was left to watch her brother and sisters. In addition, she cleaned the house, cooked food and watched the house. Grandma said life was hard, but she didn't complain. Then they met my grandfather and moved to the city. Well, then, my father was born. I have a big family, and everyone has their own interesting life story. I am proud of my ancestors, because some of them went through the war. Thanks to them, I'm safe now. I love my family very much!
