Igot up very late yesterday. i looked out of the window and saw that the weather was bad. so 1 thought for some time and decided that i had time to myself. suddenly the telephone rang. i came up to the telephone and took the receiver. my friend nick called. he  said that it was his day off and invited me to his place. i spent the whole day there. first we talked about our problems; then we watched tv, there was an interesting american film which we liked, then we had tea in the kitchen and talked again. wfe listened to some music and when i looked at the watch i saw that it was 8 in the evening. i thought i must be off and said goodbye to nick. when i came home my parents asked me, “did you have a good time? ” “yes,” i answered, “1 certainly did.” but i was sorry, i didn't write a single page on that day.
