There is a great holiday in russia on the 9th of may. it's a victory day. people all over the country celebrate this day. and my family celebrate victory day too. every year i & my parents take part in a parade.sometimes we eat porridge, which gived there.  we give veterans flovers, then we go to the monuments & lay flovers there. (если в семье есть ветераны, то можно написать еще и это: then we go home & set the table. during dinner our grandmoter(grandfather)-veteran tells us different stories from her(his) life. she(he) tells about her(his) deeds. it's very interesting. & we all are proud of them.) then there is  a minute's silence all over the country. this is when people pay tribute to those who died in  war. i am sure that my family  keeps our country's memory carefully. думаю, это подойдет..
