Different people have different ambitions. some want to be rich. some wish to become leaders of the country to gain honor. some desire to be great scientists. i am not hungry for fame. rather i think that fame is like a bubble which can burst on anyway. nonetheless i have my own ambition. my only ambition in life is to serve my country, and to spend the rest of my life in the service of the suffering people. i want to do this by becoming a doctor. i may be too young now, and studying in fifth grade, but i know i want to become a doctor. i want to serve the sick and the poor. since they cannot afford to pay for their treatment, i would like to go to the village and treat the poor free of charge. i do not want to collect any wealth for myself. i will work hard. i shall earn reputation of being a good all-round doctor. i am already working hard, trying to get good marks, which will help me in getting admission into a good medical university.

My school is large and light. there are three floors in it. there is a gym, a library, a canteen and a few classrooms on the ground floor. there are many classrooms and a teachers’ room on the first and on the second floors. our classrooms are very large and light. there are twelve desks, a teacher’s table, a blackboard and many flowers in our classrooms. my favourite school subjects are english, history and literature. i’m fond of sport and music. so i two years ago i joined our school clubs: basketball club and musical club. my school life is wonderful. there are lots of concerts, performances and sport competitions in our school. my classmates and i often take part in different school events. i have a lot of friends in my class.   our teachers are kind and intelligent and my classmates are smart and friendly.     моя школа просторная и светлая. в ней три этажа. на первом этаже тренажерный зал, библиотека, столовая и несколько кабинетов. на втором этаже много классов и учительская. наши классные комнаты большие и светлые. в наших классных комнатах двенадцать парт, учительский стол, доска и много цветов. мои любимые предметы в школе: , и . я люблю спорт и музыку. поэтому я два года назад я вступил в школьные кружки: баскетбольную секцию и музыкальный кружок. моя школьная жизнь прекрасна. у нас много концертов, спектаклей, спортивных соревнований в нашей школе. мои одноклассники и я часто принимаем участие в различных школьных мероприятиях. у меня много друзей в моем классе. наши учителя добрые и умные и мои одноклассники умные и доброжелательные.
