Достоинство в том, что дети до достижения совершеннолетия находятся под государственным присмотром и не слоняются по подворотням.  недостаток в том, что настоящего образования они не получают. а зачем нужны образованные люди? еще задумываться начнут.ну или  достоинства в том, что ещё есть бесплатные школы при низкой зарплате учителей, а недостатки в том, что продолжаются издевательства над учителями со стороны учеников и порой их родителей, и за это никто наказания не несёт! как тебе больше нравится
