Dear lena,   how are you? i am in veliki ustyug with my family. father frost lives here. i write this postcard in the beautiful palace of father frost. my father takes pictures of his research. my mother helps to decorate the christmas tree. my sister tara sings songs about the new year with some other little children. we have a great time in this fabulous city. christmas and the new year is coming. tomorrow we're going to sledge. see you soon, jim p.s i took some good pictures from the trip. i hope you will put them in a school`s album.

Our classroom is decorated with flowers and pictures. There are flowers on the window-sills and on the walls. Some of the pictures are drawn by us at our Drawing lessons. Others are drawn by our parents.

In the right corner near the door there is a TV set, a record player, and a tape recorder. On the wall there is a blackboard. In the left corner there is a teacher’s table.

There is a large bookcase near the back wall of the classroom. There are a lot of books in it. In the low sections of the bookcase we keep our toys and games. When we stay in the classroom after classes we take them to play.

Наш клас прикрашений квітами та картинками. На підвіконнях і на стінах є квіти. Деякі з малюнків нами намальовано на наших уроках малювання. Інші малюють наші батьки.

У правому куті біля дверей є телевізор, програвач та магнітофон. На стіні – дошка. У лівому куті – стіл вчителя.

Біля задньої стіни класу є велика шафа для книг. У ньому багато книг. На нижчих поличках шафи ми зберігаємо свої іграшки та різні ігри. Коли ми залишаємось у класі після уроків, ми беремо їх для гри.

On Friday, the children talked about a day out together in the country. The next  morning, they went to the country with their two dogs and played together. Ben and  Dave had some kites. Some time later the dogs were not there. So they called them  and looked for them in the forest. After half an hour the children found them and  took them back. Charlie was very happy to see them again. At lunch time Nick went  to the bikes and fetched the basket with some meat sandwiches. Then they played football. Nick and Dave won. In the evening they rode home.
