c are имеется в виду,   что ждешь ли ты сейчас, в последнее время вечеринки на день рождения.

а с do это вообще, то есть обычно ждешь ли ты ее с нетерпением.

 

по-моему  надо do you  , т.к  are you  ставиттся когда есть  слово  с  - ing
