Мы используем условные предложения нулевого типа, когда говорим о чем-то, что является верным всегда. Например, о научных фактах или о чем-то очевидном.  Так как мы говорим о событиях, которые всегда являются правдой, то в обеих частях используется Present Simple (может быть другое, но чаще всего так).

Если речь идет о ком-то одном (он, она, оно), не забывайте к действию добавлять окончание -s/-es.  И еще не забываем про passive voice.
