ich heiße jaryna. ich bin 16 jahre alt. ich arbeite nicht, ich studiere/gehe in die schule. und ich lerne deutsch. manchmal bin ich faul, aber ich lerne fleißig grammatik und mache alle übungen. die aufgaben sind nicht einfach, aber interessant. ich lerne wörter und lese einen text vor. ich habe ein deutsch-ukrainisches wörterbuch. das ist das geschenk meiner schwester. ich schlage im wörterbuch nach und lerne die wörter. ich mache es mit großer freude. ich habe einen freund, der mir gern hilft. er spricht schon gut deutsch. seine schwester lebt in deutschland. wie lernt ihr deutsch? habt ihr ein wörterbuch? wer hilft euch?

ukraine is famous for its historical monuments and different places of interest. it has seven world heritage sites, including the 11th century saint-sophia cathedral and kiev-pechersk lavra, the city of lviv, which is called ukraine’s cultural capital, and the primeval beech forests of the carpathians. the country is also known for its strong tradition of folk art. due to ukraine’s location, its culture has been influenced by the cultures of both western europe and russia.

people in ukraine speak ukrainian and russian, and generally they are hospitable, kind and friendly. a lot of tourists come here from other countries to spend their holidays. usually they all try traditional ukrainian food, such as borscht, cabbage rolls, varenyky (dumplings) and studynets (a form of headcheese).

i have been to ukraine twice and i would like to come again because there is so much more to explore!
