Немного  некорректный вопрос. глагол to be (быть, являться) имеет разные формы в зависимости от временной формы. например: 1) present simple    - глагол to be имеет формы: -  is  (с местоимениями he, she, it) -  are (с местоимениями во множественном числе: you, we, they) - am (с местоимением i) пример: i am a child - я ребенок               it is a doll - это кукла               they are students - они студенты 2) past simple - глагол to be имеет две формы: - was (с единственным числом) - were (со множественным числом) 3)  past participle - глагол to be имеет одну форму: - been (со всеми существительными и местоимениями в определенных временных формах)
