Здесь главное запомнить схему: в present simple подлежащее + глагол( в первой форме, без частицы to) например: i study english. в 3-ем лице, единств. числе к глаголу  добавляется окончание s. например mary reads book every day. present continious требует глагол to be, он и будет склоняться, а к смысловому глаголу добавляется окончание ing. например: i am reading book now. serena is doing her home work. склонение глагола to be : i am; you are; he,she,it is; we are; you are; they are.
