i am very concerned about my health and i always eat balanced meals.

for breakfast i usually have scrambled or soft-boiled eggs, a couple of pieces of toast with jam, a piece of cheese and large glass of milk or orange juice.

for lunch i like to have a large salad with chicken or salmon, a cup of soup or a sandwich. i always have a cup of coffee after lunch, sometimes with pastry, like a muffin or a danish.

throughout the day i snack on fruit (apple, banana), nuts (almonds, walnuts) or whole wheat crackers. i try to drink lots of water and limit sugary drinks.

for dinner i like to have  steak or burgers with  a side of  french fries  or rice and steamed vegetables. a few days a week i eat fish or seafood. after dinner i have a cup of black or green tea with honey.
