Окей.. моя семья. my family.  our family is not large. we are a family of   : my father, my mother, my younger brother and i.my name is им пиши свое  . i am лет сколько напиши  . i am a school girl  . my younger brother is ten. he is a pupil of the fifth form. he looks like our father. he has brown eyes, short straight hair. he is tall and thin. as for me everybody says i look like my mother. i have the same blue eyes, a fair curly hair. i am not tall and 1 am not thin. i am an ordinary girl of 17.our family lives in город пиши свой  .                                                                                             our house is a short walk from the trolleybus stop. we live in panel house on the fourth floor. our flat has all modern conveniences: central heating, gas, electricity, running cold and hot water, telephone, a lift and chute.our flat consists of three rooms, kitchen, bathroom and a hall. first there is a small hall with a mirror and small table with a telephone on it. the three rooms of our flat are: living-room, bedroom, my study.the floor is parquet in the rooms and linoleum in the kitchen. there is a thick carpet in the living-room on the floor. all the rooms are papered with wallpaper of a different pattern and colour. the living-room is the largest and most comfortable room in the flat. it's a large room with a balcony. in the middle of the room there is a table with some chairs around it.there is a sofa with two armchairs and low table with a tv-set on the left-hand side of the room. on the right-hand side there is a cupboard. there is a bookcase near it.the bedroom is smaller and not so light. there are two beds, a wardrobe, a dressing-table.the room i like best is my study. it is nice and cosy. it has a bed, a desk and an armchair. in the right-hand corner there is a bookcase full of books, magazins, newspapers.the kitchen is handily arranged: there is a gas-stove, a frig, a deep sink, built-in cupboards and a table that folds against the wall when not in use. i like our flat very much.   we have a nice three-roomed flat on the fourth floor of a multistoried building. we  have all modern conveniences: running hot and cold water, telephone, central heating, rubbish chute. we have no gas range. all the flats in our house are provided with electric cookers. we are satisfied with our flat where we moved only a year ago.                                 топик о квартире  . 

Rossimport (is going) to buy air-conditioning systems for some restaurants in sochi. they (have contacted) tanaka electronics, a japanese company which (deals in) in this equipment. today mr cone who (works) in the moscow office of the company (is having talks) with the export manager of rossimport mr petrov. petrov: mr cone, we (have studied) your latest catalogues. the air-conditioning system which you (launched) to the market in december (meets) our requirements. we’d like to place an order with your company. cone: how many systems do you (want) to buy? petrov: 10 systems. if they (operate) well in our climate and we (have) no problems with them we (shall place) more orders later. cone: fine. when do you (need) the equipment? petrov: the sooner — the better. the summer season on the coast of the black sea (starts) in april. cone: we can’t promise you immediate delivery now. but i (will con­tact) our people in osaka today and (talk it over) with them. i hope we (shall have completed) the delivery by the end of march.
