In any of the activities the most important is the motivation of a person. if a person is really motivated, he will be ready to continue his activities, even if something does not work out. as practice shows, no matter what kind of activity was discussed, on the path of a person to success there are always difficulties of one degree or another. it is motivation that serves as the main means to overcome these difficulties. all this is relevant and applicable during the training of schoolchildren. as you know, sometimes training is given to young people is difficult, without internal and external motivation to cope with this problem can be very difficult. what are the same measures to motivate students for effective learning? there are several such events, they are diverse. first, it is worth saying that it is wrong to consider all people the same and apply the same measures to them. for this reason, as the main rule for motivating young people, it is necessary to consider an individual approach. the individual approach is that the teacher communicates differently with different students. some students demand more rigid treatment, as training for them is a challenge, they need to prove something, and this can motivate them to gain knowledge. other students may perceive learning in terms of interest. the most important thing in learning for them is interest. they need to be interested, show all the benefits of knowledge. of course, there are not only these two kinds of students. people in general are very individual, it seems that the main task of the teacher is to find an approach to each of them. if to speak about more traditional methods of motivation, it is possible to allocate a method of an explanation of importance of training in human life. this method consists in telling the student about the complexities of life of those who have not been able to determine their talent and find their professional mission in life. there are many examples of such people in the modern world, they can all serve as effective means to show students how important it is to learn, to determine their talents and to use them in their professional activities. there is hardly a task more important for the teacher than motivating the students. the brain of a young person is very receptive, to learn in childhood or adolescence is much easier than in adulthood. for this reason, in some cases, if a young person is interested in learning, she will be ready to learn practically independently, using only general tips from the teacher. that is why the motivation of students is so important.

sport is very important in our life. the general belief is that a person who goes in for sports can’t be weak and ill. physically inactive people get old earlier that those, who find time for sport activity. and of course good health is better than good medicine.

people all over the world are fond of sports and games. in our country sport is being widely popularized as well. the most popular kinds of sport are football, volleyball, basketball, tennis, figure-skating, aerobics, ping-pong and swimming. a lot of people are fond of jogging. in schools and colleges sport is a compulsory subject. many young people attend sport sections. some of them dream to become professional sportsmen.

as for me, i can’t imagine my life without sport. in summer i go jogging every morning and when i have free time i attend swimming pool. in winter i like to skate with my friends. it’s fun. also i’m fond of aerobics. first of all aerobics helps to keep myself fit. it also attracts me because it resembles dancing.

in conclusion i’d like to say that i’m absolutely sure that doing sports is the best way to keep fit. sport makes our bodies strong, it prevents us from getting too fat, and makes us more self-organized and better disciplined.
