Здоровый образ жизни может вести далеко  не каждый человек, но он безусловно может  дать свои результаты.   для этого не так много требуется. каждое утро просыпайтесь пораньше и делайте утреннюю зарядку. выполняйте несложные гимнастические и занимайтесь бегом. обливайтесь холодной водой -  это тонизирует тело.   не курите и не злоупотребляйте алкоголем. откажитесь от жирной пищи и старайтесь не есть на ночь.  ходите в спортцентры. там бегайте на беговых дорожках, качайте пресс и поднимайте штангу. там же, для  полной и правильной отдачи от занятий,  можно взять инструктора.
