Образование вопроса и отрицания в present continiuse

При образовании отрицания к глаголу to be (который может стоять в трёх формах: am, is или are)  добавляется отрицательная частица not, окончание -ing у глагола не меняется. при вопросе to be переносится в начало предложения (если это общий вопрос, требующий ответа "да" или "нет") или после вопросительного слова (специальные вопросы со словами  what, where, how, when и  т. окончание -ing у глагола также не меняется.
