in my opinion i don't have to share flat with someone, but it will be very good from my side so i have some rules which me and my "neighbour" have to follow:

1. be patient and quiet to each other

2. always clean flat (maybe sometimes)

3. know that you aren't alone and help each other.

My favorite art is painting. i enjoy going to art galleries to look at paintings. i think that this type of art will exist forever. artists express their feelings and emotions in their paintings. there are a lot of art galleries in moscow, but the most famous one is me tretyakov gallery. it has large collections of paintings by russian and foreign painters. my favorite painting is landscape. i think that russian landscapists are the best in the world. i love going to this gallery when i have free time. one of my friends draws very well she is going to enter the university of arts to become a professional artist. but i think that amateurs are the best artists. unfortunately i do not have any talent for this or that art. i used to sing in childhood, but then i gave it up. i think that arts are not for me.такое пойдет?  

Ididn't like the film the happening. it is very boring. first of all i didn't like its story. people kill themselves. i have seen a lot of films with similar story but this screen version is the most unsuccessful. the second thing i didn't like is actors. bored, gray, not intresting and talent. their play was awful. even my mother could play better! also this film was made by  manoge night shyamalan, the author of famous  the sixth sense, so this fact made me very i think that a real thriller shouldn't be so boring! i will never advise you to watch such kind of movie. мне не понравился фильм "явление". он скучный. во-первых, мне не понравился сюжет. люди убивают себя. я видела множество фильмов с похожим сюжетом, но эта экранизация самая неудачная. вторая вещь, которая мне не понравилась, - это актёры. скучные, серые, неинтересные и бездарные. их игра кошмарна. даже моя мама смогла бы сыграть лучше! также этот фильм был создан  маноджем нелльятту шьямаланом, автором знаменитого "шестого чувства", так что этот факт меня огорчил.я думаю, что настоящий триллер не должен быть таким скучным! я никогда не посоветую вам смотреть такое видео.
