That's quite confusing to talk about how to be healthy. there's a lot of advices that you can use . for example, our brain needws to get more oxygen: that why you have to walk every day. we can not be healthy if we don't do some exersises. our body needs that pain and inconveniences which we're getting from pe. don't use computers for a long time: it can lead to deaseases and you ll become more nervous. what about food? i don't want to offend you but my opinion is : you can not be absolutely healthy if you eat meat and you're not a raw.(последнее предложение сам можешь придумать)
