Основной проблемой пожилых людей в россии является низкий заработок. многие старики не могут найти денег даже на еду, не говоря уже об одежде и прочих необходимых вещах, поэтому вынуждены побираться на улицах города. может быть разной. можно давать денег таким несчастным, а можно открывать все больше и больше домов для престарелых, отправляя на попечение старика туда.

Washington was founded in 1790 and named after the first us president, george washington, as the capital of the sovereign states, which is called the united states of america. washington is the residence of the president and the congress of the usa. all government departments and numerous federal institutions are housed in the capital. the white house is the president's residence and it is the oldest building of the city. the capitol, the seat of the congress is the other main center of the city. the two centers are connected by pennsylvania avenue, the main business street of the city. the majority of the state departments are situated here. washington, that belongs to the specially created federal district of columbia, is always used as the scene for mass demonstrations, and rallies. вашингтон был основан в 1790 году и назван в честь первого президента сша джорджа вашингтона, как столица суверенных штатов, которые называется соединенными штатами америки. в вашингтоне находится резиденция президента и конгресс сша. все правительственные ведомства и многочисленные федеральные учреждения располагаются в столице. в белом доме находится резиденция президента, и он является самым старым зданием города. капитолий, резиденция конгресса является другим главным центром города. два центра соединены пенсильвания-авеню, главной торговой улицей города.  там расположено большинство государственных департаментов. вашингтон, который принадлежит к специально созданному федеральному округу колумбия, всегда используется в качестве места для массовых демонстраций и митингов.
