Возможно твоя учительница не поняла что под''holiday'' ты имеешь в виду праздник. и она перевела это как''мои любимые каникулы это новый год и т.д.'' попробуй заменить слово holiday на синоним.

в 3 не вижу лучшего варианта: через несколько дней школа закончится на 6 недель (for 6 weeks)
