Before visiting astana i was sure that almaty is the best city of kazakhstan. the former capital of our country which is situated at the foot of the ala-tau mountains is fantastic. but last summer i greatly changed my opinion. astana is not only the heart of my motherland but it’s a very beautiful city with modern buildings, splendid flowerbeds, wide and straight streets, magnanimous citizens. there you can see the blue sky, which is usually is not seen in big cities. as most of the biggest capitals of the world astana is situated on the banks of the river. for the history the age of astana is a moment but in a short of time one of the most important cities of eurasia appeared. it has a great future. i wish this city become one of the best cities of the world. до поездки в астану, я была уверенна, что алматы – лучший город казахстана. бывшая столица нашей страны, которая расположена у подножья гор алатау, прекрасна. однако прошлым летом я круто изменила своё мнение. астана – это не только сердце моей отчизны, но и красивый город с современными зданиями, замечательными клумбами, широкими и прямыми улицами, гостеприимными жителями. в астане можно увидеть голубое небо, которое не всегда увидишь в больших городах. как и многие столицы мира, астана расположена на берегах реки. для возраст астаны – миг, но за короткий период времени появился один из важнейших городов евразии. у него большое будущее. я хочу, чтобы этот город стал одним из лучших городов мира.

Summer is a beautiful season with the long sunny days and short warm nights. the weather is mostly fine and the clear blue sky is above our heads. the trees are green and fresh grass grows everywhere. а great variety of brightly colored odorous summer flowers all around feasts our eyes.   summer is the time when cherries and apricots are getting ripe. also we can pick up strawberries, blackberries and many fruits and vegetables. in summer the air is filled with the ringing voices of birds and the buzz of insects. for the pupils summer means three months long holidays! i’m never upset if i don’t go anywhere on my summer holidays because when i have enough free time i always do something interesting. i read books, watch films, listen to music or go for a walk.   i love summertime very much because it’s warm and comfortable outside. there’s no need to stay at home or to put on lots of clothes. we can spend time outdoors, walk and play, lie in the sun and swim in the sea or in the river. i’m sure everybody likes summertime!
