      my favorite book is “love story” by erich segal. it was written in 1970. this novel tells us about two young american people oliver and jenny who fell in love. oliver was the son of the rich man, a student of prestigious harvard university while jenny was a poor but talented girl studying music in radcliffe college. he was a sportsman, she loved music and dreamed of paris. he had high social status, she had none. his father didn’t approve his choice. there were lots of differences between them but there was something more important that kept them together – love.the met at the radcliff library, began to date, then married, worked hard for living. but every day of their life wasn’t wasted because they loved each other and carried for each other.  such a simple plot, but so much lively told.although the end of the novel is sad – jenny died of fatal disease – the story is full of warmth, tenderness, true love. the relations of young people proved that they both met their match. “love means you never have to say you’re sorry”. this love changed them, made them better. oliver became independent and successful without his father’s help. his devotion to jenny at last saved the relations of father and son.i like “love story” very much. it defeated death. in my imagination jenny and oliver don’t part, because they live in each other’s hearts.                                                               моя любимая книга – « любви» эрика сигала. она была написана в 1970 году. этот роман рассказывает о двух молодых людях – оливере и джейн, которые полюбили друг друга. оливер был сыном богатого человека, студент престижного гарвардского университета, в то время как дженни была бедной, но талантливой девушкой, изучающей музыку в рэдклиффе. он был спортсменом, она любила музыку и мечтала о париже. у него был высокий социальный статус, у нее – никакого. между ними было много различий, но было кое-что более важное, что держало их вместе – любовь.они познакомились в библиотеке рэдклиффа, начали встречаться, поженились, тяжело работали. но каждый день их жизни не был потерян зря, потому что они любили и заботились друг о друге. такой простой сюжет, но так живо рассказанный.несмотря на то, что конец романа грустный – дженни умерла от неизлечимой болезни – полна тепла ,нежности, настоящей любви. отношения молодых людей доказали, что они встретили свою половинку. «любовь означает, что ты никогда не должен извиняться». эта любовь изменила их, сделала лучше. оливер стал независимым и добился успеха без своего отца. его преданность к дженни   в конце концов спасли отношения отца и сына. мне нравится « любви» сильно. в ней побеждена смерть. в моем представлении дженни и оливер не расстались, потому что они живут в сердцах друг друга.
