Flu - it is a pretty common sickness especially during a cold period of year. we may think that it is nothing terrible, but it still counts as a sickness. and every sickness must be defeated,  because it can be passed to another person and it will go furter and furter. here are 5 simple rules which you must do to get healther faster: stay at home few days, relax, just do nothing. drink a  lot of liquid, it will help your organism to fight infection faster. keep yourself in warm. don't forget to visit your doctor, if it gets worser. and always drink medicine your doctor orders you.
