Хочу поділитися своїми думками щодо режиму дня. я ніколи не замислювалась над цим. а тепер упевнена, що режим дня — найкращий засіб, щоб не марнувати час і все встигати.  раніше я не розуміла цього і не дотримувалася ніякого режиму. жила собі як доведеться. що ж виходило? я могла за гарної погоди цілісінький день кататися на ковзанах, увечері години зо дві просидіти перед телевізором і лише потім узятися за уроки. доводилося пізно лягати спати, а вранці мама не могла мене добудитися. частенько бувало, що і в школу запізнювалася. у суботу мені дуже гуляти досхочу. а в неділю, коли у нас збиралися гості, коли вдома було весело, мені доводилося сідати за уроки. так нецікаво було виконувати вправи чи читати параграф! я робилась якась сердита, усім незадоволена, часто сперечалася з мамою та нічого як слід не встигала зробити.  тепер усе інакше. я встигаю і всі уроки підготувати, і почитати, і погуляти. тричі на тиждень я відвідую спортивну секцію, зранку роблю зарядку. а найдивовижніше те, що у мене, здається, і характер пом'якшав.  і все це завдяки моєму тренеру. він наполіг, щоб я суворо дотримувалася режиму дня. раджу всім, хто ще цього не зробив: навчіться дотримуватись (хай і не так суворо) режиму дня. want to share your views on the npt regime. i never thought about it. and now confident that the regime of the day - the best way to avoid wasting time and everything to keep up.     before, i did not understand it and did not respect any mode. there was a need both. what came out? i could not for the good weather all day skate in the evening about two hours to sit in front of tv and then take up the lessons. we had to stay up late in the morning my mother could not dobudytysya me. often it happened that in school late. on saturday i really enjoyed hanging out plenty. and on sunday, when we were going to visit, when the house was fun, i had to sit down for lessons. it was interesting to do the exercises or read a given paragraph! i was made some angry all unhappy, often argued with her mother and did not have time to properly do so.     now everything is different. i have time to prepare all the lessons, and read and walk. three times a week i visit the sports section, doing morning exercises. and the most amazing things that i have, it seems, nature relented.     and all thanks to my coach. he insisted that i strictly adhered to the npt regime. i advise all who have not done: learn to follow (though not strictly) npt
