3.they visited their friends five days ago. - используем past simple, так есть слово-подсказка ago

4.there is a hundred of toys in his collection. - если сотня одна, то ставим is и артикль a, если имеется в виду "сотни игрушек", тогда there are hundreds of toys in his collection.
