there are many interesting and noble professions. i want to be a doctor. it is an interesting profession.

 

i understand that it is necessary to study a lot to become a doctor. i also understand that this profession requires great responsibility because it deals with the most precious thing that a person has — with his health.

 

my mother and my grandfather are doctors. my grandfather is working as a surgeon in a hospital. i have been several times at the hospital and spent some time watching him working.

 

his main task is to operate on the people. after each operation he takes care of patients until they are recovered.

 

he listens very attentively to what his patients tell him. he is always kind and attentive to his patients. they feel it and believe him, and it makes his work easier. i know that he wants to see all his patients able — bodied and i notice that he is happy when his patient is recovered.

 

my grandfather can also help if somebody catches a cold or has a fever. my grandfather told me a lot of true stories about doctors and their profession.

 

i love and respect my grandfather and want to become a doctor as well.

 

Iwould like to tell you  about last visit to the doctor. it was a few weeks ago. i spent a lot of time with my friends outside, when the weather was not pleasant at all and i didn't wear a  warm jacket. when i came home in the evening i didn't feel well. i had a  high temperature, a headache, cough and running nose. my mother got worried a lot and sent me to  hospital  the next day.  when i came to the doctor, he examined me, listened to my heart, took my temperature, checked my blood pressure. after  that he sent me to get  an x-ray and a blood test. when all the tests were ready i was happy to learn that there was nothing serious with me. the doctor prescribed me some pills and asked to stay in bed for a few days. he advised me to get dressed according to the weather next time. я хочу рассказать вам о последнем визите к врачу. это было несколько недель назад. я провел много времени с друзьями на улице, когда погода была не совсем приятной, a  я был без теплой куртки. когда я вернулся домой вечером, я почувствовал себя не хорошо. у меня была высокая температура, головная боль, кашель и насморк. моя мама сильно заволновалась и отправила меня в больницу на следующий день.  когда я пришёл к врачу, он осмотрел меня, послушал сердце, смерил мою температуру, проверил кровяное давление. после этого он послал меня сделать рентген и анализ крови. когда все анализы были готовы, я был рад узнать, что ничего серьезного со мной не оказалось. доктор прописал мне таблетки и попросил остаться в постели  несколько дней. он также посоветовал мне одеваться по погоде в следующий раз.
