On the other side of my house, however, lives a very quiet and polite family. mr. (имя) is a quiet man who seems to manage his family very well. though he has four children, which is one more than the other family, i never hear him scold his children. so his children never cry. what a wonderful family they are. then there is a family whose members seem to live in a world of their own. many times we have met along the road and not once has any of them even nod his or her head in acknowledgement. they are not blind or deaf. yet they can walk straight past as if i am not there at all. i would not say that they are unfriendly. i guess they are simply not interested in knowing their neighbours.

My parents are very hardworking people. They have been working since I was a child. I spent my childhood in the country with my grandparents. That happened because my mom and dad wanted to give me the best future and I think they succeed.

My mom is a teacher at school. I know that she likes her job and does it very well. Children respect her and other parents ask her for advice. Of course she spends a lot of time at work and she is busy all the time but I am really proud of her.

My dad is a bank worker. Honestly I don’t know the actual name of his profession. But his working day can last 12-14 hours. His job is very responsible and difficult I think. You have to be concentrated all the time about money and count. I go to his bank from time to time and we have lunch together.

What do I want to be when I leave school? It's very important question for me. A few years ago it was difficult for me to give a definite answer. As the years passed I changed my mind a lot of times about what science or field of industry to specialize in. It's difficult to make up my mind and choose one of the hundreds jobs to which I might be better suited. A coupe of years ago I wanted to become a doctor, you know I wanted to help people who had problems with health. Then I wanted to become a policeman, then a spaceman, I even wanted to become a professional football player. But all of them now are in the past; they were like children's dreams and nothing more. Now I have already decided what to do. I'd like to be an aviator. I know that it's very difficult. I should know perfectly everything about the planes, airports, weather and other things.
