Что же  заставляет людей работать усерднее? однозначного ответа дать нельзя,но есть множество теорий,каждая из которых имеет смысл в некоторых ситуациях. как супервайзер  вы должны найти то,что мотивирует людей в вашем рабочем коллективе. но в мотивации нет простых решений и это следовало бы считать искусством,а не наукой. зачем супервайзеры  хотят мотивировать сотрудников? затем,что после этого их производительность повышается,уменьшая  контроль со стороны начальства. работники мотивированы,когда делают что-то,потому что хотят,а не потому что вынуждены. мотивированные работники делают больше под меньшим контролем,а также вносят вклад в своё место работы. каждый человек понимает,что мотивация на рабочем это хорошо. вопрос лишь в том,как её достичь. а для того,чтобы понять,как её достичь,сначала  надо посмотреть,что это такое.
