I think this rules is very significant, because nowadays safety in Internet is very important.

Especially I want to mention rule about personal infromation. Now scammers can make bad deals with your personal information, for example:

You told your phone number to unknow person, wait literally a week and you will see strange messages on your phone, like: "Dont you want to buy our kettle?" It's called spam.

Actually, this example is harmless. It could be worse.

For example: you see a message on your e-mail, click on the link, and virus  

infects a computer. Scammers can steal your money from bank card or get more personal infromation from your computer, such as passwords.
