For the beginning I want to say that our day schedule is really important in 21th century there are a lot of different reasons for example if we go to bed at a certain time and get up at a certain time it really helps our body to feel great. Yes, I do sports , I go to the gym and swimming pool, sometime I do some exercises to feel better. I prefer to eat some fruits such as apples or bananas even instead of regular carbohydrates like potatoes, I eat avocados and a lot of meat, I also take some vitamins to sense myself better and support my healthiness.
