In any of the activities the most important is the motivation of a person. if a person is really motivated, he will be ready to continue his activities, even if something does not work out. as practice shows, no matter what kind of activity was discussed, on the path of a person to success there are always difficulties of one degree or another. it is motivation that serves as the main means to overcome these difficulties. all this is relevant and applicable during the training of schoolchildren. as you know, sometimes training is given to young people is difficult, without internal and external motivation to cope with this problem can be very difficult. what are the same measures to motivate students for effective learning? there are several such events, they are diverse. first, it is worth saying that it is wrong to consider all people the same and apply the same measures to them. for this reason, as the main rule for motivating young people, it is necessary to consider an individual approach. the individual approach is that the teacher communicates differently with different students. some students demand more rigid treatment, as training for them is a challenge, they need to prove something, and this can motivate them to gain knowledge. other students may perceive learning in terms of interest. the most important thing in learning for them is interest. they need to be interested, show all the benefits of knowledge.
