Нет. по законодательству, несовершеннолетним разрешено устраиваться на работу, достигнув при этом 14-ти лет. соответственно, подросток уже может зарабатывать деньги, конечно не так как взрослый, и нагрузка будет меньше. но тут и зависит от самого подростка, от его желания.  на данный момент, современные подростки просто помешаны на компьютерных играх, и их ничего не интересует кроме них. они привыкли жить за счет родителей, они еще не попробовали, как это, зарабатывать деньги. но если у подростка есть желание, он будет всячески пытаться заработать, он будет делать что  угодно, лишь бы была копейка в кармане. он уже может раздавать флаеры на улицах, или что ни будь другое, но это наиболее популярный способ среди молодежи.  в современном мире, можно уже и сидя перед компьютером зарабатывать больше, чем свои родители, прикладывая при этом не слишком много усилий. но опять же, зависит от желания.  человеку подвластно все, зависит все только от самого человека!
