Hello, my name is Nikita. My favorite magazine National Geography. It is very informative and interesting. I learn a lot of new! I like traveling very much, and this magazine about travel and different countries. Most of all I like Thailand. In the last issue of the magazine, I learned a lot about this country. For example, the fact that the inhabitants of the state, very friendly, value their history and traditions. This is a very ancient country, a variety of temples, architecture, exotic pets. Here with love meet tourists and organize different excursions. I especially like the symbol of their country - the golden dragon.. Still I would like to go to the Philippines and the Crimea, looking forward to the release of the next issue.

Он очень позновательный и интересный. Я узнаю много нового! 
Я очень люблю путешествовать, а этот журнал о путешествиях и разных странах. 
Больше всего мне нравится Таиланд. В выпуске журнала, я много узнал о этой стране. 
Например, то что жители данного государства, очень дружелюбны, дорожат своей историей и традициями. 
Это очень древняя страна, разнообразные храмы, архитектура, экзотические животные. Здесь с любовью встречают туристов и проводят различные экскурсии. Особенно мне нравится символ их страны - золотой дракон. . 
Еще я бы хотел поехать на Филиппины и Крым, с нетерпением жду выпуска следующего номера. 

Popular holidays in Russia

A men needs rest after hard work. Very often we are eagerly looking forward to weekends and holidays to enjoy ourselves.

The word "holiday" comes from the words "holy day". Holidays were first religion festivals. Now many holidays have nothing to do with religion. Almost every country has holidays honouring important events in its history.

Some holidays come on the same date of the same month, for instance, New Year's Day or Cristmas. But some do not. Some, such as Easter, are movable holidays.

New Year's Day is very popular all over the world. It is my favourite holiday. We usually get together, we like celebrate this holiday at home.

We celebrate the first day of Cristmas on the 7th of January. On the 6th of January people tidy the whole house, cook much tasty food because the day after we must not work, we must have a rest. On this day we have a sacred supper. It begins when the first star lights up. As the legend says, this star announced the birth of the God's Son. We celebrate Christmas for two days. In the evening a group of boys comes. They sing songs. By these songs they congratulate on holiday, wish good crops, long life, no illness and so on. It is interesting to know that only boys must congratulate.

Women's Day is on the 8th of March.

Then on the 1st of May goes next holiday the Day of Labor.

Another religious holiday is Easter. It is movable. It is usually the first Sunday after the first fullmoon after the begining of spring. In Russia we have special attributes of Easter: Easter eggs, and Easter "paska" that are baked according to the special recipe. It is a very nice spring holiday.

Victory Day is on the 9th of May. It is a sacred holiday for every Russian citizen. We are thankful to our grandfathers for the victory in the World War II.

In your letter you ask me to tell you about news at school. With a pleasure. We miss you very much and looking forward to your returning. As you know my friends and I like many kinds of sports but best of all we like football. It's the game of my dream. I play for my school football club "Shkolnik". We are good players you know. We won last competition. It was great!
Tell me a few words about you and your new school and friend. Have you joined any sportclub? Do you like your new teachers?

That's for me today. I have to go to the shop for some food.

В своем письме ты просишь  меня рассказать тебе о новостях в школе. С удовольствием. Мы очень скучаем по тебе и с нетерпением ждем твоего возвращения. Как ты знаешь, мои друзья и я любим многие виды спорта, но больше всего мы любим футбол. Это игра моей мечты. Я играю за мой школьный футбольный клуб "Школьник". Мы хорошие игроки, ты знаешь. Mы выиграли последние соревнования. Это было здорово!
Расскажи несколько слов о себе и своей новой школе и друзьях. Ты вступил в какой-нибудь спортивный клуб? Тебе нравятся твои новые учителя?
