First of all, I wanted to thank you for the material that you publish. You are doing a very important job and I am very happy that thanks to you, the topic of mental health is no longer taboo.

Secondly, I would like to ask you for permission to translate your posts into Russian. In Russia, the topic of mental health is still something forbidden and shameful, which is why they are shy to talk about.for this reason, many young (and not very young) people who do not speak English, it would be useful to read the thoughts that you post.

Of course, all credits and a link to your profile will be listed in the header of my profile.

I would like as many people as possible to talk about mental health, regardless of gender, race, nationality, age, or language.
