Город заполняется людьми в костюмах и масках. Музыка вернулась в Новый Орлеан. В нём, конечно, не так много людей, как было раньше. Меньше половины населения вернулись на родину после трагедии, но все остальные составляющие население все еще находятся в зоне бедствия. Самым удивительным является то, что большинство все же празднуют. Самуил Копья, беженец в Хьюстоне, жутко злится по этому поводу: " - Я не могу попасть в собственный дом, а они устраивают парады?
