took my daughters, 22 and 12 on this tour and we all have a great time. The boat is fast so you get taken further and to more interesting places than you'd go on a kayak. The first caves are nice. The second caves where the tour guide takes you through are a bit hairy to explore. You're expected to go under and climb rocks so maybe not one for the very young or old (or overweight). I'm a weak swimmer so was a bit tired out by the swim from the caves back to the boat. You can take a life jacket if you like, but that makes exploring caves harder.
