Weather in the Northern Part of Russia.
Climate in the Northern Part of Russia is maritime, arctic and subarctic.
The are often thick fogs there. Winter begins in November and lasts for five months. Avarage winter temperature is from -10° to -17° degrees below zero. It often snows The lowest temperatures from -20° to -30° and lower are rare. Stormy weather may occur the whole year round.
The hottest summer month is July, when the temperature is +20°and more.  Avarage summer temperature is from +10°  to +17° degrees above zero. Humidity is high. Winds often bring rains from the seas.

The celebration was nearly over when the guests were offered tea. But it turned out that host had run out of it as the company had been having tea the whole day through. To put things in order the host used all available cans of coffee. Standing upright among the guests he offered them to compete who would try and sell out the greatest number of cans. The competition took place in the garden and became a great adventure demonstrating the crowd's creativity in trying to sell the greatest quantity of can though that was not exactly what the host had had initially in mind.
