Fine weather (хорошая погода):
cloudy,  sunny, hot, wet, calm, clear, bright, warm
Nasty weather (плохая погода):
rainy, misty, snowy (может относ. и к fine, я думаю), foggy, changeable, cold, dull, stormy, windy, cool
возможны неточности, но думаю, в целом правильно :)
