Dear Sirs,
I am writting to complain about the goods we ordered from your company, they have not been supplied correctly.
On the seventh of June, 2013 we placed an order with your firm for 12,000 ultra super long-life batteries, but the consignment contained only 1,200 batteries.
I am writing to ask you to please make up the shortfall immediately and to ensure that such errors do not happen again. Otherwise, we may have to look elsewhere for our supplies.

 Как твои дела? У меня всё великолепно. Сейчас каникулы и мы в новом доме! Мне он нравится! Каждый день я просыпаюсь поздно, (пропущено видимо слово: и выгуливаю собаку) 
Мы обычно завтракаем около 10 утра. Позже, я часто хожу гулять или играю в настольные игры с братом. Вечером, мы все смотрим телевизор, а затем ужинаем. Мы ложимся спать поздно. Здесь так хорошо. Сейчас, я отдыхаю на балконе. Погода в данный момент потрясающая.  Джош смотрит на цветы в саду. Мои родители делают покупки в городе. А ты? Ты хорошо проводишь время в деревне (или своей стране)? Напиши мне в ближайшее время.
