Every expert in this business must study the market, know your customer needs to understand in the modern fashion, to be able to organize the trade, to negotiate, to know the basics of marketing, aesthetics, sociology, psychology and many other things. With this knowledge, a good Manager always knows what to offer customers, and how to work with suppliers. Difficult? Of course. But how interesting!
