                      HEALTHY AND UNHEALTHY FOOD

Healthy food is good food that has all the essential nutrients and elements for our bodies  to stay healthy. If we do not have enough essential nutrients, it may lead to poor health and diseases. Healthy food contains all the vital vitamins and minerals. The examples of healthy food are vegetables and fruits, yogurt, meat, fish and eggs, nuts and berries.

Unhealthy food (it can be also called "junk food") has only one thing about it – it is its taste. The taste is created using many artificial things such as excess fat, simple carbohydrates, and processed sugar. These foods are often high in calories but they have little or no nutritional value. Eating this kind of food can lead to poor nutrition, poor health, and weight gain. And if a person is overweight, he or she might have health problems, such as heart disease and diabetes.

As you see, we need to avoid eating unhealthy food and remember to drink plenty of water.

New Year is a magical time when all the miracles seem to come true. People have a great opportunity to look at their deeds and events during the previous year in order to decide what to do further. All of us are full of hope and joy. We are eager to believe that the New Year is able to be much better. We hope that it brings only the Good and this thought makes us happy.
