На первом месте -подлежащее, на втором - сказуемое, потом уже прямое дополнение he is a brother. they brought a house. i can't swim in a river. there is / there are не переводятся, они показывают что что-то есть (в каком-то количестве: ): there are many apples on the table. такие предложения переводят с конца: на столе много яблок. еще есть вводные слова: sometimes, as always, by the way, их можно ставить как и в начале, так и в конце, но лучше ориентироваться по смыслу предложения: sometimes, i often think about him i often think about him sometimes ну, первое звучит лучше; )
