8. The girls are nieces. - They are nieces.

9. The boys are my nephews - They are my nephews..  

10. Oleg is a driver. - He is a driver.

How are the things going with those buildings of our city which must be repaired? Have they already been repaired or has it only been planned yet?Will the housing problem be solved in our city some day?
During the last year four new houses were being built, three more are being built now, and the constructions of several houses have been finished lately. — Have the people already moved in them? - No, the houses haven’t been lived in yet, but they will be moved into very soon.
Generally, many houses are built in our city every year, but in the last years the number of new buildings of our region has been reduced considerably. – Whatis it connected with? – Mainly it is connected with economic problems.
Can the old houses be reconstructed or be reorganized? Such way out of the situation is/was thought of, but it has been decided to postpone this decision.
