There is/ There are - используем, чтобы сказать -  что-то где-то есть. Пример: There is a ball under the table. На столе есть мяч. Is - для единственного числа, а are - для множественного. Если мы перечисляем что-то, то от первого слово будет "показателем" для связки (is или are) Пример: There is a carpet, an armchair and 2 lamps in the living room. Еще один пример: There are 3 apples, pear and an orange in the fridge. 
Степень сравнения - используем, чтобы сказать - что-то больше ( меньше, хуже и т.д.) Пример: The bear is bigger than the cat. Для того, чтобы построить сравнение - нужно к прилагательному прибавить суффикс -er Пример: funniER, biggER. Если прилагательное оканчивается на Y, то при добавлении суффикса - Y меняется на i - т.е. в примере был вариант funnier. Funny+-er=funnier. Если прилагательное оканчивается на согласную, перед которой стоит гласная, то происходит удвоение согласной. в примере было bigger. big+ -er=bigger. Если в прилагательном больше 2 слогов (по слуху, не по буквам), то к прилагательному суффикс не прибавляем, просто перед ним ставим more. пример: My doll is more beautiful than your. 
А теперь время... показатели: yesterday, last week/month/year (Может быть winter/summer и т.д.) Положительное предложение: ктo + глагол во 2 форме или с окончанием -ed + когда. Пример: Alice visited her granny last week. Другой пример: My mother went to the shop yesterday. Отрицательно предложение: кто + didn`t (did not) + глагол В ПЕРВОЙ ФОРМЕ+когда. Пример: She didn`t go to the cinema last week. Вопросительное предложение: Did+кто+ГЛАГОЛ В ПЕРВОЙ ФОРМЕ+когда. Пример: Did they play voleybal last week?
