Маленький пример. Общий вопрос, present indefinit Do you speak english? Вы говорите по-английски? Первое место вс глагол, затем подлежащее, сказуемое, дополнение Специальный вопрос: подставляете впереди вопросительное слово, любое, где, как, почему и т. д. Where do you speak english? В времени то же самое, только вс глагол ставите в другую форму. Общий вопрос: Did you speak english? Вы говорили по-английски? По этой же схеме специальный вопрос, подставляете вопросительные слова впереди. И так далее. Все времена писать не буду, тема эта огромная. Не все глаголы требуют вс глагола. Такие глаголы называются модальными. Простой пример Глагол to have. You have a dog. У тебя есть собака. Повествовательное предложение. Подлежащее, сказуемое, второстепенный член предложения. Have you a dog? У тебя есть собака? Вопрос образован перестановкой мест подлежащего и сказуемого. Все упрощенно, но, надеюсь, понятно.

I am given pocket money by my parents. They give me five hundred (или другую сумму) rubles a week for doing chores around the house. My responsibility is to clean my bedroom and the bathroom, vacuum the floor and do the washing-up. Sometimes my dad gives me some extra money if I clean his car. But if I don't do my chores or if I get bad grades at school then my parents don't give me any money for that week. I don't tend to spend my pocket money on small things like sweets, I save up for big things like a new bicycle or to buy a ticket to see my favourite band. My parents are very understanding and they appreciate my desire to save up money so if I want sweets or need new clothes, my parents buy them for me.
