Почему с переводится хотдог а не горячая собака

Понимаешь, горячая собака это дословно, но это неверно, hot dog это блюдо, и оно переводится так: хотдог, т.е. у него перевода нет.

Блюда не когда не переводится на другие языки!Это как шашлык-shashlik
