I have read the article about unusual traditions in different countries.

Apple pie
Ingredients:
Dough:
250g flour,
1 teaspoon baking powder,
100g sour cream,
150g butter

Filling of the pie (начинка пирога)                 

200g sour cream
220g sugar
1 egg
2-3 table spoons of flour
1-1,2 kg of apples
1 teaspoon sugar powder
½ teaspoon of cinnamon 
                                         
Instructions:

1. Mix flour with baking powder and cold butter.
2. Add sour cream and mix.
3. Put the dough in the fridge for an hour
4. Mix sour cream, sugar, eggs and flour.
5. Peel apples and cut into small pieces.
6. Put butter in a bowl. (миска, все-таки блюдо не очень глубокое для замешивания теста)
7. Put the dough in the bowl with the very thin layer.
8. Put apples in the bowl. Then pour  sour cream mixed wuth sugar, eggs and flour.
9. Preheat the oven to 180 C.
10. Put the bowl in the oven and bake for 1 hour.
11. Sprinkle cooked pie with cinnamon and powdered sugar

The Job of My Dream

My dream is to become a professional photographer. I love taking pictures of my family, friends, animals and nature. My camera is always with me. I hope I will have a professional camera one day. Now I can't think of any other career that would be as interesting and fascinating. I think that photography is a real art. I want to express my feelings and thoughts through the photos and to show people the beauty or the miseries that exist everywhere. I could also earn good money for the living.

It would be so great to be a photographer who could travel around the world and take dramatic and beautiful pictures. It would be really cool to take photos for famous magazines, like National Geographic or Vogue!

Я мечтаю стать профессиональным фотографом. Я люблю фотографировать мою семью, друзей, животных и природу. Моя камера всегда со мной. Я надеюсь, что однажды у меня будет профессиональная камера. Теперь я не могу думать о любой другой карьере, которая была бы столь же интересной и захватывающей. Я считаю, что фотография - это настоящее искусство. Я хочу выражать свои чувства и мысли через фотографии и показать людям красоту или несчастья, которые существуют повсюду. Я также мог бы зарабатывать хорошие деньги на жизнь.

Было бы здорово быть фотографом, который мог бы путешествовать по всему миру и делать драматические и красивые фотографии. Было бы здорово фотографировать для известных журналов, таких как National Geographic или Vogue!
