1. Russia is a pre-industrial some type of democracy kind of state.
2. Russian goverment is responsible for making law.
3. The basic principle is the forgotten one - The President is elected for 4 years. It mens that The President is elected for 4 years and can be once re-elected. (Ourdays for 6 years).
4. The President ensures the capability of allied enterpreneurs getting low persentage credits.

It was my first day at school. The night before that day I had been nervous and couldn't sleep till late at night. So the day came. I was smartly dressed with a bunch of beautiful flowers. I saw my teacher, she noticed that I was stressed and said me some kind words to calm me. So the event started. I had been given a short poem about first day at school which I had to read. I was trembling when the principal said my name and that I would read the poem to all of the pupils. I had learnt this poem and was sure to remember it well. But unfortunately, in the middle of my speech I suddenly forgot the words! I was so confused and embarassed, standing there with an open mouth and saying nothing. Fortunately, I had a paper where I had written this poem. So I took it out of my pocket and show went on. Surprisingly, no one laughed at my confusion, moreover, the audience was clapping to support me, they seemed pleased with my performance.

Но вспомнили что написали стих на бумаге и достав ее дочитали стих. Все были рады, хлопали и поддерживали вас.

Cap Seller and the Monkeys

There was a cap seller in a city. He used to go from village to village to sell his caps. His way laid back a forest. It was a hot summer day and he got tired. To get some rest he sat under a tree. Soon he fell asleep . Many monkeys lived on that tree. When they saw the caps, they climbed down the tree and took the caps. Then they climbed up the tree again

The cap seller woke up after some time. He found that his caps were missing. He looked up and saw the monkeys wearing his caps. He tried his best to get his caps but he couldn’t. Suddenly an idea occurred to him. He took off his own cap and threw it on the ground. The monkeys did the same, since they are imitators. The cap seller collected all his caps and went away happily.
