Dear Sergey,

I have read your letter today. I am glad that you are fine! I am very happy that you successfully passed your Chinese exam. My congratulations! I know you had been studying hard to pass it.

Now, let me tell you my news.

As usual, I study deeply English and maths. My mathematics teacher moved to Germany for a year. That is why I have another teacher at the moment. But I like him as well.

I am doing well at English. I have been watching films in English every day for two months already. At the moment I am watching films with subtitles, but hopefully, soon I will be able to understand everything without them. I think, this is a very good way to enlarge one’s vocabulary.

I have recently been playing volleyball in the park. You know, I like this kind of sports. I have met a really nice girl there. Her name is Lena. Next time I am going to invite her to the cinema. It looks like I go to the park to see her rather than play volleyball )))

My brother has started to work in an interior design studio. He enjoys it a lot more than his previous job. My parents are planning to buy a new flat. This one is too small now.

Valera, Andrey and I often think about you. It is a pity that you had to go. It was so much fun when you were here. It is Andrey’s birthday soon. It is sad that we will have to celebrate it without you. I hope you will be able to come and visit us when it is my birthday.

Yesterday we met Sveta and Natasha. They gave their regards to you. They asked if you liked your new place. We told them that you did. By the way, Natasha dyed her hair black. She is a brunette now! It suits her, though.

Please give my regards to your mom, dad and sister! Come to visit us as soon as you have an opportunity! Do not forget to write! We miss you so much!

Сегодня прочитал твое письмо. Я рад, что у тебя все хорошо! Я очень счастлив, что ты успешно сдал экзамен по китайскому языку! Мои поздравления! Я знаю, ты очень усердно готовился, чтобы сдать его.

Теперь расскажу, что у меня нового в жизни.

Как обычно, углубленно занимаюсь английским языком и математикой. Мой преподаватель по математике переехал на год в Германию, поэтому сейчас занимаюсь с другим. Но он мне тоже нравится.

С английским все хорошо. Уже два месяца я каждый день смотрю фильмы на английском языке. Я пока смотрю фильмы с субтитрами, но, надеюсь, скоро смогу понимать все без них. На мой взгляд, это очень хороший пополнения словарного запаса.

В последнее время хожу в парк играть в волейбол. Ты же знаешь, я люблю этот вид спорта. Там я познакомился с очень симпатичной девушкой. Ее зовут Лена. В следующий раз приглашу ее в кино. По-моему, я хожу в парк из-за нее, а не из-за волейбола)))

Мой брат начал работать в студии по дизайну интерьеров. Эта работа ему нравится гораздо больше прежней. Родители хотят купить новую квартиру, так как в этой нам уже тесно.

Мы с Валерой и Андреем часто вспоминаем тебя. Жаль, что ты уехал. Было так весело, когда ты был здесь. Скоро у Андрея день рождения. К сожалению, будем праздновать без тебя. Надеюсь, на мой день рождения ты сможешь приехать.

Вчера мы видели Свету и Наташу. Они передали тебе привет. Спрашивали, нравится ли тебе на новом месте? Мы сказали, что да. Кстати, Наташа покрасила волосы в черный цвет! Теперь она брюнетка! Но ей идет.

Передавай от меня привет маме, папе и сестре! Приезжай, как только появится возможность! Не забывай писать! Мы очень скучаем по тебе!

I love to skate on roller skates. This kind of sport I like oen. Especially like
when I go to the mountains and feel the wind in their hair, the speed and feel
the delight of roller skating. In this sport there is an aggressive riding
style, fitness and freestyle. In aggressive skating usually jump and do any kind
of somersault, passing on the rails or the like ride in a ramp. The fitness
skating man usually rides sports, but for pleasure. In freestyle you can for
example go and rails and easy to drive on the tracks. Roller skating is great! I
am sure I will ride on roller skates in the following summer. We will be back
with friends to enjoy the sun, good hills and good asphalt under our roller
skates.
