I celebrated my last birthday with my family and friends. First of all I got up early in the morning. Then I saw a keep of presents near my bed and then my parents came into the room and said ''Happy birthday!'' After that my friends arrived and we had a great picnic outside. Then they gave me the presents. And in the evening we went to see the fireworks which my parents bought for me. We had a geat time!

6. There was a waiter called Manolis - he was very friendly.

7. There was a big window, so I could see the sea.

8. In the evening, when there weren't any people on the beach, it was very beautiful.

The book is certainly one of the greatest human inventions. It is a friend and a teacher. We learn many things by reading books. Books teach people to live. After reading some books it is easy to understand what should be done and what must not be done. One can learn a lot by reading books. - Different people like to read different kinds of books. It depends on one's taste and character. Some people prefer detectives or science fiction. Others like historical books. Girls and women prefer love stories. Children like comics very much. As for me, I prefer adventure novels. - My favourite book is "The white fang" by Jack London. It is an amazing story about a wolf and his difficult life. It is a very touching story. I would prefer reading that kind of books which are interesting to me or have many various ideas.
